The first workout I remember doing is my “Dance! Workout with Barbie” VHS tape before I was even 10 years old. Once I grew out of the Barbie stage and grew into my teenage years, I started trying to create myself a workout program. I would write one, get really excited about it, try it for a few days to a few months, lose motivation, and then fall off the bandwagon and promise myself that the next one would work.
This cycle continued for years until I finally decided to stop making excuses and relying on motivation, and created discipline and a workout program that I loved.
That is when I decided to become a personal trainer so that I could help other women do the same and I’ve never looked back.
